📝 นโยบายทางธุรกิจ (Business Policy)

มีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 กันยายน 2568 เป็นต้นไป

ผู้ให้บริการ Coohfey.com (“ผู้ขาย”) ได้กำหนดนโยบายทางธุรกิจดังต่อไปนี้ เพื่อใช้บังคับกับการสั่งซื้อและการใช้บริการสินค้าดิจิตอล (Digital Products) ผ่านเว็บไซต์ Coohfey.com โดยลูกค้า (“ผู้ซื้อ”) ที่ทำการสั่งซื้อสินค้าผ่านเว็บไซต์นี้ ถือว่ายอมรับและตกลงตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้

1. การจัดส่ง (Delivery Policy)

1.1 สินค้าทั้งหมดเป็น สินค้าดิจิตอล (Digital Products) ซึ่งประกอบด้วยไฟล์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เช่น ไฟล์ PDF, ไฟล์ภาพ หรือไฟล์อื่น ๆ ตามที่ระบุไว้ในหน้าสินค้า
1.2 หลังจากผู้ซื้อได้ทำการชำระเงินผ่าน Stripe, Omise (Payment Gateway) และระบบได้รับการยืนยันการชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว ระบบจะปรากฏปุ่ม “ดาวน์โหลด” เพื่อให้ผู้ซื้อดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ได้ทันทีจากหน้าเว็บไซต์
1.3 การเข้าถึงและดาวน์โหลดไฟล์เป็นสิทธิ์เฉพาะของผู้ซื้อเท่านั้น ห้ามมิให้ผู้ซื้อทำการคัดลอก แจกจ่าย ทำซ้ำ จำหน่ายต่อ หรือเปิดเผยไฟล์ดังกล่าวต่อบุคคลภายนอกโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากผู้ขาย

2. การยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ (Cancellation Policy)

2.1 เนื่องจากลักษณะของสินค้าดิจิตอลซึ่งสามารถเข้าถึงได้ทันทีหลังการชำระเงิน ผู้ขายขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับการยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ หลังจากที่ผู้ซื้อได้ทำการชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว
2.2 หากเกิดเหตุสุดวิสัย เช่น การสั่งซื้อซ้ำโดยไม่ตั้งใจ หรือความผิดพลาดในการชำระเงิน ผู้ซื้อสามารถติดต่อผู้ขายภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงนับจากเวลาที่ทำการสั่งซื้อ เพื่อขอรับการพิจารณาเป็นกรณีไป

3. การคืนเงิน (Refund Policy)

3.1 โดยหลักการทั่วไป ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ เนื่องจากสินค้าดิจิตอลถือเป็นสินค้าที่ถูกส่งมอบให้แก่ผู้ซื้อทันทีหลังการชำระเงิน
3.2 อย่างไรก็ดี หากสินค้าที่ได้รับเกิดปัญหา เช่น ไฟล์เสียหาย ดาวน์โหลดไม่ได้ หรือไม่ตรงกับที่ระบุไว้ในรายละเอียดสินค้า ผู้ซื้อมีสิทธิ์ร้องขอให้ผู้ขายตรวจสอบและดำเนินการแก้ไข โดยผู้ขายอาจพิจารณาคืนเงิน หรือจัดส่งไฟล์ที่ถูกต้องให้ใหม่ตามความเหมาะสม
3.3 การพิจารณาคืนเงินหรือแก้ไขไฟล์ขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของผู้ขายเป็นสำคัญ

4. การคืนสินค้า (Return Policy)

4.1 สินค้าดิจิตอลไม่สามารถคืนได้ เนื่องจากเป็นไฟล์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ผู้ซื้อสามารถเข้าถึงและเก็บไว้ใช้งานได้ทันที
4.2 หากสินค้าที่ได้รับไม่สมบูรณ์หรือไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ ผู้ขายจะดำเนินการแก้ไขโดยการจัดส่งไฟล์ใหม่ให้แก่ผู้ซื้อ โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม

ผู้ซื้อสามารถติดต่อสอบถามหรือร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับการสั่งซื้อ การชำระเงิน หรือการดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ ได้ที่ช่องทางดังต่อไปนี้:

6. ข้อกำหนดทั่วไป

6.1 ผู้ขายขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือเพิ่มเติมนโยบายทางธุรกิจนี้ได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
6.2 นโยบายฉบับนี้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับและการตีความตามกฎหมายไทย หากมีข้อพิพาทใด ๆ เกิดขึ้น ให้อยู่ภายใต้เขตอำนาจของศาลไทย.

📝 Business Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

This Business Policy (“Policy”) is issued by the Company/Service Provider (“Seller”) to govern the sale of digital products (“Products”) through the website Coohfey.com. By placing an order and completing a purchase, the customer (“Buyer”) agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Delivery Policy

1.1 All products sold on this website are digital products, including but not limited to PDF files, image files, and other electronic documents.
1.2 After the buyer has made a payment via Stripe or Omise (Payment Gateway) and the system has successfully verified the payment, a ‘Download’ button will appear, allowing the buyer to immediately download the file directly from the website.
1.3 Access to and use of the download link is strictly limited to the Buyer. The Buyer shall not copy, distribute, resell, sublicense, or disclose the purchased files to any third party without prior written consent from the Seller.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Due to the nature of digital products, which are accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are final and cannot be canceled once payment has been processed.
2.2 In exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate purchases or payment errors, the Buyer may contact the Seller within 24 hours of the purchase to request assistance. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 As a general rule, no refunds will be issued once the digital product has been delivered, since access is granted immediately upon purchase.
3.2 However, if the delivered product is defective, corrupted, inaccessible, or does not match the description provided on the product page, the Buyer may request corrective action. The Seller may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund or provide a corrected replacement file.
3.3 All refund or replacement requests are subject to the Seller’s review and discretion.

4. Return Policy

4.1 Digital products cannot be returned, as they are intangible and accessible immediately upon purchase.
4.2 In cases where the file is incomplete or unusable, the Seller will provide the Buyer with a new, corrected version of the product at no additional cost.
