นโยบายธุรกิจ (Business Policy)

มีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 กันยายน 2568 เป็นต้นไป

เว็บไซต์ Coohfey.com (“ผู้ขาย”) เป็นเว็บไซต์สำหรับจำหน่ายสินค้าดิจิทัล (Digital Products) เช่น หนังสือระบายสีสำหรับเด็ก หนังสือเล่าเรื่องประกอบภาพ สื่อการเรียนการสอน และเนื้อหาดิจิทัลอื่น ๆ ในรูปแบบไฟล์ PDF ไฟล์ภาพ ไฟล์วิดีโอ หรือไฟล์ดิจิทัลประเภทต่าง ๆ

ผู้ซื้อ (“ผู้ซื้อ”) ที่ทำการสั่งซื้อสินค้าผ่านเว็บไซต์นี้ ถือว่าได้อ่าน เข้าใจ และยอมรับนโยบายทางธุรกิจฉบับนี้ทุกประการ

1. การจัดส่ง (Delivery Policy)

1.1 สินค้าทั้งหมดที่จำหน่ายบนเว็บไซต์ Coohfey.com เป็น สินค้าดิจิทัล (Digital Products) ซึ่งอยู่ในรูปแบบไฟล์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เช่น ไฟล์ PDF ไฟล์ภาพ ไฟล์วิดีโอ หรือไฟล์อื่น ๆ ตามที่ระบุไว้ในหน้ารายละเอียดสินค้า

1.2 เมื่อผู้ซื้อทำการชำระเงินผ่านระบบ Stripe (Payment Gateway) และระบบยืนยันการชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว จะมีปุ่ม “ดาวน์โหลด” ปรากฏบนหน้าเว็บไซต์ เพื่อให้ผู้ซื้อสามารถดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ได้ทันที

1.3 สิทธิ์ในการเข้าถึงและดาวน์โหลดไฟล์เป็นสิทธิ์เฉพาะของผู้ซื้อเท่านั้น ห้ามมิให้คัดลอก แจกจ่าย ทำซ้ำ ดัดแปลง จำหน่ายต่อ หรือเผยแพร่ไฟล์ดังกล่าวต่อบุคคลภายนอกโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากผู้ขาย

2. การยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ (Cancellation Policy)

2.1 เนื่องจากสินค้าดิจิทัลสามารถเข้าถึงและดาวน์โหลดได้ทันทีหลังจากชำระเงิน ผู้ขายขอสงวนสิทธิ์ ไม่รับการยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ หลังจากการชำระเงินเสร็จสมบูรณ์แล้ว

2.2 ในกรณีที่เกิดเหตุสุดวิสัย เช่น การสั่งซื้อซ้ำโดยไม่ได้ตั้งใจ หรือเกิดข้อผิดพลาดจากระบบการชำระเงิน ผู้ซื้อสามารถติดต่อผู้ขายภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง นับจากเวลาที่ทำการสั่งซื้อ เพื่อให้ผู้ขายพิจารณาเป็นกรณีไป

3. การคืนเงิน (Refund Policy)

3.1 โดยหลักการทั่วไป ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ เนื่องจากสินค้าดิจิทัลถือว่าได้ถูกส่งมอบให้แก่ผู้ซื้อทันทีหลังการชำระเงิน

3.2 อย่างไรก็ตาม หากเกิดปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสินค้า เช่น

  • ไฟล์เสียหาย
  • ดาวน์โหลดไม่ได้
  • ไฟล์ไม่ตรงกับรายละเอียดที่ระบุไว้ในหน้าสินค้า

ผู้ซื้อสามารถแจ้งให้ผู้ขายตรวจสอบและดำเนินการแก้ไข โดยผู้ขายอาจจัดส่งไฟล์ที่ถูกต้องใหม่ หรือพิจารณาคืนเงินตามความเหมาะสม

3.3 การคืนเงินหรือแนวทางแก้ไขใด ๆ อยู่ภายใต้ดุลยพินิจของผู้ขายเป็นสำคัญ

4. การคืนสินค้า (Return Policy)

4.1 สินค้าดิจิทัล ไม่สามารถคืนสินค้าได้ เนื่องจากเป็นไฟล์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ผู้ซื้อสามารถเข้าถึงและบันทึกไว้ได้ทันทีหลังการชำระเงิน

4.2 หากสินค้าที่ได้รับไม่สมบูรณ์หรือไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ตามปกติ ผู้ขายจะดำเนินการแก้ไขโดยการจัดส่งไฟล์ใหม่ให้แก่ผู้ซื้อ โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม

5. การติดต่อ (Contact Information)

ผู้ซื้อสามารถติดต่อสอบถามหรือร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับการสั่งซื้อ การชำระเงิน หรือการดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ ได้ผ่านช่องทางดังต่อไปนี้

6. ข้อกำหนดทั่วไป

6.1 ผู้ขายขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือเพิ่มเติมนโยบายทางธุรกิจฉบับนี้ได้ตลอดเวลา โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า ทั้งนี้ เวอร์ชันล่าสุดจะถูกเผยแพร่ไว้บนเว็บไซต์ Coohfey.com

6.2 เว็บไซต์ Coohfey.com อาจมีส่วนของบทความหรือโพสต์ข่าวสารด้านสุขภาพ ซึ่งเป็นการนำเสนอข้อมูลจากงานวิจัยหรือแหล่งข้อมูลทางวิชาการเพื่อให้ความรู้แก่ผู้อ่านเท่านั้น
เนื้อหาดังกล่าว ไม่ใช่คำวินิจฉัยทางการแพทย์ ไม่ใช่คำแนะนำทางการรักษา และไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจำหน่ายสินค้าใด ๆ

6.3 นโยบายทางธุรกิจฉบับนี้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับและการตีความตามกฎหมายไทย และหากมีข้อพิพาทใด ๆ ให้อยู่ภายใต้ขอบเขตอำนาจของศาลไทย.

Business Policy

This Business Policy governs the purchase and use of digital products offered on Coohfey.com (“the Website”), operated by Coohfey.com (“the Seller”).
By placing an order on this Website, the customer (“the Buyer”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth herein.

1. Delivery Policy

1.1 All products sold on Coohfey.com are digital products (Digital Products) delivered electronically, including but not limited to PDF files, image files, video files, and other downloadable digital content as described on the product pages.

1.2 Upon successful payment confirmation through Stripe (Payment Gateway), a download button will be made available to the Buyer on the Website, allowing immediate access to the purchased digital files.

1.3 Access to and use of the digital files is strictly limited to the Buyer.
The Buyer is strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, reselling, sublicensing, sharing, or otherwise making the digital files available to any third party without prior written consent from the Seller.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Due to the nature of Digital Products, which are made available immediately upon payment confirmation, order cancellations are not permitted once payment has been successfully completed.

2.2 In exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate orders made unintentionally or verified payment processing errors, the Buyer may contact the Seller within 24 hours of the transaction time.
Any consideration of cancellation shall be at the sole discretion of the Seller.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 As a general rule, all sales of Digital Products are final and non-refundable, as delivery is deemed complete upon granting download access.

3.2 Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Buyer encounters technical issues directly attributable to the Seller, including but not limited to:

  • Corrupted files
  • Inability to download the files
  • Files materially inconsistent with the product description

the Buyer may notify the Seller for review. The Seller may, at its discretion, provide a replacement file or issue a refund where appropriate.

3.3 All refund decisions shall be made at the sole discretion of the Seller and shall not constitute a waiver of this policy for future transactions.

4. Return Policy

4.1 Digital Products are non-returnable, as they are intangible goods delivered electronically and accessible immediately after purchase.

4.2 If a Digital Product is incomplete or technically unusable, the Seller will provide a corrected or replacement file at no additional cost to the Buyer.

6.3 This Business Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
