📝 Business Policy
Effective Date: September 1, 2025
This Business Policy (“Policy”) is issued by the Company/Service Provider (“Seller”) to govern the sale of digital products (“Products”) through the website Coohfey.com. By placing an order and completing a purchase, the customer (“Buyer”) agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Delivery Policy
1.1 All products sold on this website are digital products, including but not limited to PDF files, image files, and other electronic documents.
1.2 After the buyer has made a payment via Stripe or Omise (Payment Gateway) and the system has successfully verified the payment, a ‘Download’ button will appear, allowing the buyer to immediately download the file directly from the website.
1.3 Access to and use of the download link is strictly limited to the Buyer. The Buyer shall not copy, distribute, resell, sublicense, or disclose the purchased files to any third party without prior written consent from the Seller.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Due to the nature of digital products, which are accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are final and cannot be canceled once payment has been processed.
2.2 In exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate purchases or payment errors, the Buyer may contact the Seller within 24 hours of the purchase to request assistance. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 As a general rule, no refunds will be issued once the digital product has been delivered, since access is granted immediately upon purchase.
