However, this doesn’t imply that computers will soon determine cancer diagnoses in hospitals. The study, published in The Lancet Oncology on Tuesday, demonstrates the safety and potential effectiveness of AI in breast cancer detection, potentially surpassing the capabilities of human doctors.
